Privacy and Cookie Policy
1. Who is responsible?
Felena Handmade VOF, [Groene boord23, 6411GE, Heerlen, The Netherlands], Chamber of Commerce 93238134, is the controller for personal data processed through felenahandmade.com. Privacy questions: felenaleather@gmail.com.
2. What data do we process, and why?
Orders: name, address, e-mail, telephone number and payment details. Basis: performance of the contract. Retention: seven years, as required by Dutch tax law.
Contact and custom-order form: name, e-mail, telephone number and any files you send. Basis: performance of the contract or our legitimate interest in answering you. Retention: two years after the last contact.
Account and loyalty programme: name, e-mail and points balance. Basis: performance of the contract. Retention: until you close your account.
Newsletter: e-mail address. Basis: consent. You can unsubscribe with one click in every e-mail.
3. Who do we share data with?
We never sell your data. We share it only with parties needed to fulfil your order: our website host (Wix), the payment provider, the carrier Sendcloud and our accountant. We have data processing agreements with each of them.
Some of these parties process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case the European Commission's standard contractual clauses apply.
4. Security
The site runs exclusively over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to order data is limited to the partners of Felena Handmade. Payment data is handled by the payment provider; we do not store card details.
5. Cookies
Necessary cookies keep your basket and login session working. They cannot be switched off and do not require consent.
Analytics and marketing cookies are placed only after you consent through the cookie banner. For these we use [ANALYTICS].
You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings at the bottom of the page, or delete cookies in your browser settings.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, and to object or withdraw consent. Send your request to felenaleather@gmail.com; we respond within one month.
