Delivery time

Items in stock are dispatched within 1-2 working days via Sendcloud.

Pieces made to order take 5-7 working days to produce. We let you know as soon as your piece is ready to ship.

You receive a track-and-trace code once the parcel is on its way.

Returns within 14 days

Not happy with your order? You have fourteen (14) days from the day after delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason.

How it works

1. Tell us within 14 days by e-mail at felenaleather@gmail.com, or use the model withdrawal form.

2. We send you the return instructions and the return address.

3. Send the item back within 14 days of your notice, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is at your own cost.

4. Once we receive and check the parcel, we refund the purchase price including the original shipping charge within 14 days, to the same account.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

Pieces made entirely to your specification are excluded from the right of withdrawal. We tell you this explicitly before you pay.

Damaged or wrong item?

Let us know within 48 hours with a photo. We arrange a repair, a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

All products carry the statutory Dutch warranty. Leather and wood age with use; normal wear and natural ageing are not covered. We also repair small issues with seams and fastenings after the warranty period, for the cost of postage, it is handwork, so it can be mended.
